Uhrenbacher Stephan, the founder and CEO of 9flats sees this acquisition as a major step for the company because it supports the strategy of 9flats in its desire to become prominent on the international market. “As a global supplier and one of the largest markets in the world, North America is the most important region for 9flats outside of Europe. Through the integration of iStopOver, we contribute significantly to our growth in this region and this will open the doors to a new geographical target audience, while doubling our offer at the same time. ”
9flats adds to its list of many offers of accommodation in North America, South Africa and Australia where iStopOver is already active. This acquisition enables 9flats to double its services worldwide and to expand its catalog to 100,000 beds available.
In one post, 9flats said they would work on the merger of its platform with iStopOver in the coming weeks.
